Charleston is the perfect place to spend summer vacation. It has a little bit of everything. The food is unbelievable, the nightlife is fun, the local beaches are beautiful... I could go on and on. During the summer, Charleston also hosts some great concerts that you won't want to miss! Here are some of the biggest upcoming live music events.
REO Speedwagon: Rock powerhouse REO Speedwagon will play at North Charleston Performing Arts Center on June 13.
Rebelution: The Californian rock-reggae fusion band Rebelution will play at Credit One Stadium on June 15.
Ziggy Marley: Jamaican singer-songwriter Ziggy Marley will play at Charleston Music Hall on June 21.
Fleet Foxes: American indie-folk band Fleet Foxes will play at Firefly Distilling on June 24.
Lady A: Country group Lady A will play at Charleston Galliard Center on June 24.
Eric Church: Country singer-songwriter Eric Church will play at Credit One Stadium on June 29 and June 30.
Chris Stapleton: Singer-songwriter Chris Stapleton will play at Credit One Stadium on July 13.
Anthony Hamilton: Grammy winning R&B/soul musician Anthony Hamilton will play at North Charleston Coliseum & Performing Arts Center on July 16.
Milky Chance: German alternative/indie band Milky Chance will perform at Charleston Music Hall on July 19.
Big Time Rush: Pop music boy band Big Time Rush will play at Credit One Stadium on July 29.
Dirty Heads: Reggae-rock band Dirty Heads will play at Firefly Distilling on July 30.
Counting Crows: Rock band Counting Crows will play at Credit One Stadium on August 2.
Shakey Graves: Alternative Americana musician (and one of my personal favorite musicians!) Shakey Graves will play at Firefly Distilling on August 3.
Jason Aldean: Country music singer Jason Aldean will play at Credit One Stadium on August 4.
