Strawberries are the most quintessential spring fruit. In Charleston, there's an entire spring festival dedicated to them! This weekend, come to the Lowcountry Strawberry Festival!
The Lowcountry Strawberry Festival is a massive celebration of strawberries that spans two entire weekends. It is one of the biggest spring festivals in the state! This farm festival is unbelievable. There are acrobatic dogs, over 20 thrill rides, the All-American Petting Zoo, pig races, magic shows, the Mr. John Deere and Miss Berry Princess contests, pie eating contests, and new this year, Rock-N-Circus stunt show, and the largest show ever presented at this event that features a 65 ft. high dive. At the center of this festival are more than 10 acres of strawberries!
U-Pick strawberry fields are available from event opening each day until 5pm OR as long as berries are available. Get there early to beat the crowds!
Admission is $15 for ages 3 and up. 2 and under are free with an adult. The price of admission includes all shows and exhibits, but rides are an additional cost.
