The beach is the ultimate Memorial Day destination! Charleston's beaches are insanely gorgeous. They're sure to be crowded, but if you get there early, then you shouldn't have any problems staking out a nice spot. Visit Folly Beach, Isle of Palms, Kiawah Island, or any of the other wonderful beaches! Pack a picnic and make a day of it! For a special treat, have a bonfire at Sullivan's Island, Seabrook Island, or Capers Island!
Piccolo Spoleto 2022
The 46th Annual Piccolo Spoleto Arts Festival will kick off on May 27, 2022, running through June 12, 2022. There will be painting presentations and art displays in a beautiful open-air environment. Run Charlie Run 5K
Spend Memorial Day working up a sweat. Compete in the Run Charlie Run 5K to benefit MUSC Children's Hospital on May 28, 2022. Participants receive a shirt, race bib, and complimentary MILB baseball game ticket.
