November is upon us! For many, this means that it is time to kick off the holiday season. If you're traveling to Charleston over the holidays and want to see some amazing Christmas lights while you're here, then check out the annual Holiday Festival of Lights!
The Holiday Festival of Lights is a dazzling sight to behold! Rated one of the top 10 light displays in the country by readers of USA Today, this is sure to be one of the biggest and best Christmas light attractions you've ever visited. They use millions of twinkling lights to compose over 750 displays. It is phenomenal!
You can drive through as many times as you'd like. After you've had your fill of the lights, you can visit Santa, ride the carousel, take a train ride, grab a snack, and more. Be sure to admire the holiday sand sculpture while you're at the festival! Crafted from over 50-tons of sand, the holiday sand sculpture is different each year but never fails to amaze visitors.
Admission is by vehicle. Ticket prices are as follows:
Standard Vehicle, Regular Night: $15 in advance or $20 at the gate
Standard Vehicle, Peak Night: $25 in advance or $30 at the gate
For large vehicles, tickets are $50 for 16-30 guests or $150 for 31+ guests.
